With over 30 years of architectural and design experience, our Design Director, Mark Russell, leads a process focused on function, flow, and style. Paired with our skilled construction team, we deliver spaces that not only look exceptional but feel built around the way you live.

Shawn built RR Contractor Services on trust, quality, and communication. With over 20 years in the trade, he oversees every project personally, ensuring the work meets both your expectations and his own high standards.

Mark Russell — Design Director
With more than 30 years of architectural and design experience, Mark leads our design department. His creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills bring structure and vision to every design-build project.

Tom Williams — Team Lead / Specialist
Tom heads one of our field crews, specializing in tile, drywall, and fine finishes. His attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship ensure every surface and seam is built to last.

Ryan Dewey — Team Lead / Specialist
Ryan leads our carpentry team. His background in framing, trim, and custom builds allows him to bring precision and efficiency to complex remodels and additions.
